Truly Thumbpulling, or at least the Jordan Wood way works

Started Thumbpulling in June (2 months) and have noticed fairly major results despite him saying it would take longer

My routine is the palatel expansion video he has on his yt and I only do it 5X a day but I have been doing it ultra consistently only missing around 5 days in a 60 day period.

During the first month there was no technique and I still saw some results. For example I noticed a tiny little gap forming between my two front teeth that did not exist before. It quickly went away the next day and reappeared a week later only to disappear again.

Visually my face is beginning to change at 2 months and a week and it is noticeable in the mirror

I just turned 18 when I started so age for reference

what facial changes do u notice

My face (which wasn't bloated before) became more defined and sharp and Idk if this is cope but I feel like my face became slightly more symetrical. I also recently received a compliment on my bone structure from a random which hasn't happened ever before thumbpulling.
