Thumbpulling is absolute cope, no doubt in my mind. Mewing is theoretically possible, probably cope depending on the life stage though, but it's so low-effort that you literally have no reason to not do it.

Thumbpulling is cope bc its the same as "hard" mewing

the point is that you do its light pressure constantly

doing "hard" mewing and thumbpulling is hard pressure for a short time which effectively does nothing
