thumbpulling is a pretty lazy method tbh just focus on mewing with proper form and using your invisalign as instructed by your dentist. itll give you much better results long term than messing around with finger stuff in your mouth all day. try not to cope too hard about bone structure, genetics matter but there's still lots of things you can do improve your looks overall
