Ive thought about thumbpulling because i want to improve my looks but not hardmax, and i wanna know if thumbpulling,zygo pushing and bonesmashing is cope or real?

yea all 3 of them work too. make sure when you bonesmash you aim to hit a nerve and when you thumpbull you try to uneven the pressure as much as possible. remember to keep jaw clenching aswell to train your masseters

thats what i meant. youre still young, so an extender can positively affect your entire maxilla and zygos, which is better than getting jaw surgery which will only affect the lower part of your maxilla.

It doesnt, get a expander or something like that they cost ab 200-500 € . Dont try doing any of those three u can just make ur self look worse

thumbpulling doesn't work, belt pulling does because it extends the critical amount of force but it may give u crooked teeth
