I am 15 with almost no experience in looksmaxing. Yesterday i found out about thumb-pulling and i cant understand should I push outward, or just apply pressure on my upper jaw (hope u get what i mean) might be the dumbest question ever but will appreciate someone answering

To sell courses. If you want growth you missed out prime time ends at 13 for you skull. Technically it's still open but your not gonna get much growth without other factors.

There is mixed opinions on if it works or not. If you have the time you should try it, It doesn't negatively impact you, it would only need time and if you have the time there is no reason why not to try anything if there is a chance it works

Nobody has crushed their airway thumb pulling. as for asymmetry it's never noticeable from fucking thumb pulling and even if so it would be easy to avoid it.
