Can someone explain the full benefits of thumb pulling and how it isnt just the same as using a pallete expander if it doesnt do all the bones mass thing can i still do it to fix posterior cross bite

So theoretically if you did it all day it would work
Thumbpulling has no studies on it (obviously), however people like Jordan Wood provide decent hypothesis for why it could potentially work, however I and 99% of people are not dedicated enough to see any self experimentation through, if you really want to know try it on urself, thumpulling every hour of the day for months, tracking your progress, then you will have your results.

thumbpulling is slower so it doesn't cause the separation of the front teeth. Since it's slower it also doesn't risk making you more assymetrical and can correct assymetries faster with the help of fixing posture. DNR people that just state it works or doesn't and give shallow reasons. Just do your own research. Jordan Wood's youtube has a lot of videos with good proof so watch them if you're interested.

So theoretically if you did it all day it would work
you could spend hours of your life learning how to make money to help your future family and potentially save up for surgeries or orthodontics that actually will make you more attractive or you could spend those hours pressing your thumbs against your pallate hoping your bones assemble into an attractive shape with your thumbs

1-2min/session 6-8 sessions a day for a couple months is not that much time lol. For a while I also thought it was cope but now I'm willing to try it and 90% sure it works. If you stay here until the end of the year you can see the results thread Ill eventually make. Zygopushing also works btw.
