I came across this thread on the mewing subreddit a couple days ago:

Your hands are simply the best facepulling device. Using them you can facepull whenever you have the time and privacy to do it. And if you follow my method which is a 1-2 minute pulling session every hour, your sutures and skull will grow more quickly than if you just wear devices. Plus your skull gets a chance to rest between facepulling sessions.

My routine went like this: I would facepull for 1-2 minutes at the top of every hour using gentle pressure that felt good until my sutures felt like they had separated some. I did this all day long. This method works well because you stress the sutures for 1-2 minutes, and then let them rest for an hour before the next time you facepull.

Evidence;

I started at around 40mm imw about 4 months ago, except at the ripe old age of 23 and I was struggling to make results despite tongue posture being rather easy to maintain throughout the waking day. I only started to get rapid results when I began introducing exercises and techniques such as;

Thumb pulling - A manual expansion technique that involves pressing firmly on the inner-side of your teeth, gums and palate outwards and forwards to stimulate growth. Every 1 to 1.5 hours I do it for about 1 or 2 minutes at a time from when I wake to the moment before I go to bed. It has rapidly increased my gains. I'm now at about 45mm IMW in the past couple of months and I accredit it mainly to this technique. It's like an expansion device except is it free and pretty easy to do. I think it is low risk also. The downsides of it is that it requires vigilance and dedication and isn't exactly fun.

What is IMW?
Intermolar width
i'm guessing you don't have a before and after picture lol
If you read the entire post you would know I didn't write it.
Wide palate=>forward growth?
Not directly, If you have a wider palate it is easier to mew.
Did you measure mew indicator line? I think that's a better judge of forward growth
You measure intermolar width via an caliper.

What part of palate do pull? Are the result are permanent I mean some people use expander to retain their gains

What I'm worried about if this will cause downward growth like some of the faga cases

@Guest What's your opinion?

You should thumbpull by latching onto the front of your alveolar ridge and pushing.

I've been doing something similar for only about 2 weeks and I swear it's provided results already. What I do though is place my right thumb in my palate, grab my right hand with my left hand and hook my left thumb under my mandible so that my mandible is also getting some pulling force. I pulling out while also chin tucking down into my two thumbs. I pull/chin tuck as hard as possible without causing excessive pain to my face or thumbs. Usually only about 30 seconds, then hard mew 30 second to give my thumbs a short rest, face pull 30 seconds, hard mew 30, then the set is done. And I'll do 3 to 4 sets per day. Perma soft mewing and occasional hard mewing through the day as well.

I'm also taking growth hormone releasing peptides which I hope to be making my face more moldable. I'm 26 but have the GH levels of a 16 year old...

Desired pictures/evidence;
the picture might have different lightning but look closely at his eyes and you'll notice the difference. Might be lower-bf but it cannot hurt to try

Do the gain is permanent?
If you mew afterwards yes.

All of this is false i just dont have time to debunk it

yeah i know thats all included in my 67 page report on this topic, too bad i misplaced it

When you have time debunk it because this follows the same premise of having correct tongue posture, just that if you engage in the false manner you obviously won't get any results.

Also included in my 493 page report which is being turned into a feature length film

Be careful about potential gumline recession, though

SIDE EFFECTS IF DONE INCORRECTLY;

Monkey Face

If you mistakenly latch onto the wrong region of the palate you might develop "monkey face" monkey face includes prominent nasal labial folds, downward grown mandible and a long philtrum.

very interesting.
