I started thumbpulling recently and I also saw a technique called thumbpushing where u push apart with ur thumbs on the back of the palate.
when i started doing it i realised it hurts on right side more the left, at first i thought my force was more on the right because its my dominant hand but then i discovered my jaw is slightly asymmetrical and j actually have "more"bone on the right side .
i saw how oscar patel fixed his jaw asymmetry with thumbpulling and pushing but how exactly do i do this?
Should i keep applying the same pressure so that the right sife hurts more and eventually fixes the asymmetry?
Should i apply pressure on the right side only until it evens out?
Any other techniques i could use to fix a slight asymmetry?
if u think thumbpulling is cope pls dont comment, it should work for me because im still growing and because its almost unnoticeable
