These are my thyroid levels, not majorly specific but my thyroid is still good

However, I STILL GET COLD, i see all this shit about how if your cold it means your thyroid is cooked

thats not fucking true, sure youll be cold a lot of the time if your thyroid is really bad, but if your thyroid is good you can still be cold a majority of the time

you wont know how your thyroid is doing untill you get tests done, so dont spread cope untill you've gotten tests done
