Levothyroxine, the doctor even said I’m on the lower end and insinuated at it being negative for my health but I can’t be prescribed cause I just about fall into the healthy range by the skin of my teeth
try to lower it and then get the meds or try to increase it naturally by BEING HEALTHY
I’m extremely healthy in all other aspects my diet is literally perfect and I’ve been taking every supplement under the sun for years, not much more I can do and ik it’s been an issue cause I was fat in my younger years while eating the same amount as my peers, I guess lowering it could work tho

Will prolly work but will have neg effects on my health while doing it, ik it’s the only reason I don’t have hypothyroidism cause my dad and grandmother have it cause they ate ultra processed slop their whole lives that’s why I might just order myself
