Saw ts on a video, said tightening hyoid by doing chin tucks, I obv didn’t belive it so I came here instantly. What yall think does it work. And what’s the most efficient way to do chin tucks. 2nd I sleep with my mouth open and it’s fucking selling me. How do I fix this

How many reps and sets, you got a guide for it?

Maybe if you do it 4 times a day it'll show effects in 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks if you were to do it 2 times a day

Can work a bit, won’t really be noticeable to the untrained eye

Just put the Aqualyx in the hyoid bro.
I already have a pretty good hyoid and good mandible but i want it to be on a different level ngl

How many reps and sets, you got a guide for it?
There was one study which saw progress in elderly people raising their hyoid bone with these exercises.
It's basically opening and closing your mouth rapidly for 20 reps and 3 sets morning and evening, 10s rest between sets.
I've been doing this for around 200 days now but only 3 sets per day instead of 6 like in the study and I have seen progress, pretty minimal but progress nonetheless, so for me it is worth doing, takes like 2 min out of your day, no-brainer.
