I know cold water applied topically on skin has a lot benefits. Coldness tends to preserve things that why items are freezes if they won't to be preserved. But I still am not sure about ice hooding since I don't think it is the best thing for your system to be put in shock everyday. Maybe doing it once a week or something like that. I haven't done though.

Ice hooding works, it takes time to get permanent results though.
