I noticed this when I lost my ability to read long threads on this website, I used to enjoy reading long looksmaxx thread but now I find myself skimming them 90% of the time or just ignoring them completely, I lost my ability to just sit and focus and read every word. I lost my ability to read long essays and watch long form content. I've consumed short tiktok content daily for a year, this shit fries your brain i swear I can only read one paragraph now
