In the Proto-Uralic language, the language of the ancestors of Finns and Estonians, the word for slave "orja" (pronounced like orya) is derived from the word arya which is the name Aryans called themselves. The Proto-Uralics kept Aryans as slaves. Before you cope ethnonyms are commonly used to describe the concept of slavery: Nigger is a derivied ethnonym of Niger, Slave is an ethnonym of Slav, wealh is an ethnonym of Welsh (the Anglo-Saxons kept the Welsh as slaves), Kaffir comes from Kaffirstan.
