Time to wash off the retinol

I'm usually too tired to put on the retinol at night + I turn around a lot, so I usually do it in the morning hours.

I put it on and leave it on for a couple hours or until it's almost fully absorbed.

i don’t think that’s a good idea since u will get sun exposure plus u want the benefits of the retinol sinking in all night, u want to discipline yourself on doing it every night or there no point in it

but i could be wrong
