Tinder cropping pics? wtf?

i tried uploading pics on Tinder on my iphone and it destroys the quality ffs. Tinder crops the pic so you can only see half the pic and makes it blurry

how to fix it? i tried uploading on a Square but Tinder still crops part of the picture

Zoom out the picture on your camera roll with your fingers, take a screenshot, then crop it on tinder
