Tinder matches don’t talk to me

Just got tinder and I have like 20 matches after a week or so, I don’t even max out the swipes most days

I’ll say something like “heyy” “how you like school here” “what you on here for” (gay I know I have no tinder game) etc… they either don’t respond to me at all or talk for a little bit and then ignore me the next day

One said she wanted to hangout at her place then the next day she just started ghosting me

Two of them are down but they live like 45 min away

How do I slay rather than just getting mtbs with “short term fun” or “just figuring it out” in their profile matching and ignoring me
