I usually split my 4 iu dose in 2 iu am and 2 iu pm

yesterday I thought I forgot to to my am dose so I injected 4 iu at night and then realized that I had injected 2 am so it was 6iu, but I wasn’t worried

Now I just woke up and my hands feel tingly and their Lwk kinda numb a bit but it goes away depended on position

Is this normal for 6iu? And for it to happen overnight over 1 dose?

Nope, it literally happens when I just hold my phone in my hands or close my fist lightly it tingles and goes a bit numb
