I’ve had mine for like 3 years now but recently it’s been getting worse and idk what to do im scared anyone else have it?

I could only hear it when I was going to bed but now when I go to bed it’s louder than before.
I think it’s due to stress tho I’m always raging at the game and recently I got really angry so maybe it’s that

I got it when I was like 14-15 after playing loud music in earphones on my ears. That’s my biggest regret.
