I have pretty bad eye area (dark circles), just ordered cerave tinted sunscreen to help with coloring and to cover acne. Would it fix dark circles around my eyes temporarily?

You should try caffeine serum, started using it a week ago, already seeing some results for dark circles, it probably takes a month for full result

ive seen the ordinary brand have some, any brand you recommend? my dark circles are genetic for the most part

Right now I use ordinary, as for genetic dark circles, i had them since 7, it probably won’t fully remove them, just makes them look less bad
