Tips/Advices For My Routine for bonemass development muscle gain and support height growth.

Hello guys so i want to share what i am doing to maximizing my bone development also support height growth and overall health.
i am also working out and want to build muscle, maximizing bone mass development and support height growth.
so this are my stats :
17.5 Years Old
172cm
59.7kg
10-11% bf
Consuming 2000-2100 calories everyday. i am in 250-350 calories deficit.
Diet For IGF-1 Bone Mass support and muscle gain - eating 300-350g carbs / 100-110g protein / 35-45g fat / so its High Carb - Moderate Protein - Low Fat Diet
Also Training Upper - 3x week / Lower - 2x week.
3-5 sets per workout per body part. for - 2x Lower
2-3 sets per workout per body part for 3x Upper

Also Doing Bone smashing everyday or every other day. Intense Maximum Intensity for 1-2 minutes.

What you guys think about this routine is it good for my goals thank you!
