im 14 years old and im going to the gym for the first time and i would like to know some tips and most of the benefits, my goal is a wide frame so i dont get frame mogged (rip clav)

How many days are you able to go per week

learn the form of each exercise first before going to failure, 1-2 sets of 5-8 reps, upper lower or full body every other day based on how often u go, carbs, electrolytes and caffeine before workouts, a lot of water during, protein after, watch tnf on ytb for advice

Best to choose a Upper Lower split, start with exercises targeting your lats and shoulders to prioritise them. If you need a specific split hmu
