- Grip tight on whatever you’re lifting, it’ll help you lift heavier

- Do partial long lifts when you’re out of energy for a couple more reps

- Drink a caffeine before lifting

- Browse org. In between sets to know the importance of what you’re doing

Don't drink alcohol don't fap, eat lots of good quality calories, get enough sleep.
