My dad is 6’ 5” but my mom is 5’ “0. When I was like 12 I was 5’ 7” and now I’m 15 and 5’ 10”. I was 5’ 9” at 13 but starvemaxxed because I didn’t know any better. I hit puberty pretty early but ever since like 7-8th grade my voice hasn’t really gotten any deeper? My body and facial hair grows around the same rate. Is there anything I can do that’ll help? I’m currently trying to hit every micronutrient and eat in a small surplus other than 1-2 week mini cuts, go to the gym, play sports so I sprint, and stretch. I’m open to peps or whatever js let me know what I can do because I know most shit is cope and is it over.
 
naturally ur doing everything u can, ur dad nerfed u by making a kid with a 5’0 woman but hes tall so u have a good chance of just growing out with time. im sure youll grow atleast to ur dads height. dont use peptides for height, its all cope.
