In about a week or two, I’m going to start going to the gym. I’m 13, 5’5”, and 116 lbs. I want to get leaner, and I don’t want to put on a bunch of weight because I play soccer and rely on my speed a lot and don’t want to lose it from getting bigger. I just need tips on how to start since it’s been about 2 years since the last time I went, and I don’t want to mess up.
