tips on dieting?

im 120lbs, i eat like 1 or 2 meals a day, insane carb and sugar cravings. Im around 15% bf with visible abs. How do i stick to a diet without having to calorie count every second and not dying from carb and sugar cravings.

Any ex goy slop eaters managed this?

i eat a lot lol idk how the fuck im not gaining weight i eating like over 2k calorie

i already drink around one every day or two. They dont help with sugar urges though dude, ur body can just feel if its missing carbs or sugars that ur used to

diet sodas are elite tho ima grab one from the fridge when my dad goes to bed. Helps with nausea from mt2 so much

yeah banana was my go to for some time and i lowkey did stick for like 2 weeks eating animal based, and fruits, but i lowkey overate that shit. its beyond over. all fruits taste like shit to me too other than banana and watermelon which i both spam ate everyday

been eating this as desert for few weeks and its so good

ok but what would u recommend for a nigga with insane carb and sugar urges, how do i shift away from eating less carb and sugars? i lowkey did it for some time eating greek yogurt + honey to get my sugar urges out the way, and i'd get full pretty quick but now im fucking sick of it.

yeah i spam ate greek yogurt too b4 lol, thats the issue dude. I did stick eating good for couple weeks but it gets to a point once u eat greek yogurt with honey everyday where u get sick of it. it doesnt matter what u add into it, it just starts tasting bland.

I’ve been cutting with 200-400 carbs per day , just lower protein increase activity output
 
for me it didnt
im just eating goyslop instead
but dont be like me

ok but my carb and sugar addiction is so bad to where most my food is carbs and i hardly get in any protein.

exactly and i wanna fix it jfl without going for 2 weeks then just binging o ncarbs cuz its unbearable there has to be a way to do it slowly or some method to stick to it long term
