Tips on how to convince orthodontist to give MSE?

I have braces, upper and lower, and I've had them for a couple of months. When first getting them, the orthodontist said that if my teeth won't fit they'll have to remove 4 premolars, which I absolutely shouldn't do right? Before even getting the braces I asked them if MSE would be possible, they said no. I've now done some research and I'm ready to debate and ask why it is not possible. Has anyone got any tips on how I could possibly convince them, or anything that could help?

Unfortunately if your ortho has said your not a candidate not much you can do.
Orthos dont care about the same things as you.

But I think it's worth a try to ask why the think I ain't a candidate and also mention that I have difficulty to nose breath and keep correct tounge posture etc.

No. You can try argue with your ortho about it but most of them stuck up ash. What are they proposing the removal for?

How old are you? If your mid to late teens just wait and try getting bimax for sleep apnea(will do a lot more than PE).

I'm 17. I saw a thread about faking sleep apnea to get bimax and it seemed good. But can there be any consequences if they find out what you're doing?

Not really any consequence. Plus how would they find out? from the sounds of it your on your way to sleep apnea anyway

They said that they would see if my teeth would fit, if not then they would grind my teeth to make more space, if that don't work they will remove 4 premolars.

Not sure, it can't be legal though right? Or maybe it is, your just making the worst sleep apnea u can, not faking it?
