Tips on improving heavy pull-ups

I’m hard stuck at 1 plate for 4 reps for like 2 months now. Weighted dips are going up just fine but pull-ups are stagnating hard. Any heavy puller here willing to give tips?

do u track it? did u try slightly lower weight, better reps - same weight , different reps (negative etc) - u could be limited by ur grip and shit too

I havent tracked it im quite lazy with that regard all I know is I have been stalling for almost two months now. I think ill drop to 25lbs and do more reps maybe you're right ive been exclusively been doing heavy.
