Tips on jaw ?

Can someone give me some tips to improve my jaw, I’m only 14 so I don’t care that much about looks and I know I might see more changes through more puberty but I think my ramus is really short and visible under neck chin, been soft maxxing for around 4 months saw not much progress, if anyone can help I woudj appreciate it
