Skip lunch eat a huge dinner and do an hour of stairmaster a day. I’m on a rough cut and I’m down 11 pounds in 3 weeks and I look much better
 
I did 20k steps smoked all day and ate in a deficit and tbh weight flew off me

i avoid dinner . eat 500 cal a day . black coffee and cigarettes . its working but still not the way i want . my face fat is worst . can you tell me for how long should i have to follow this starvemaxxxing routine to loose 12 kgs ?
 
do the ECA stack (if ephedrine isnt allowed in ur country switch it with yohimbine), it nukes ur appetite and burns calories really well
 
watch lean slayers on tiktok so your desire to eat is compensated with the desire to look good

the ECA stack is ephedrine + caffeine + aspirin, u can get these from literality anywhere just search. if u don't live in canada or a country where ephedrine is legal switch it with yohimbine, also if u want the daily doses its 10mg ephedrine (or 5mg yohimbine) + 200mg of caffeine (100mg if u are sensitive) + 100mg of aspirin cuz it helps with burning fat in this stack.
 
Caffeine, L theanine, Diet Coke, Nicotine, (all for suppressing appetite as well as keeping u awake and lucid), and "maybe" Yohimbine and clen

Do intermittent fasting 16:8 (or 14:10 wtv u feels like) while u are *fasting* u can drink wtv is low in calories (black coffee/green tea/preworkout/diet soda) i usually take my preworkout and hit the gym and finished by 10k steps time i break my fast usually by high protein high fat which has no impact on insulin
Remember when ur insulin is low it’s time when ur body use fat as energy and not carbs so it’s start the fat burning
