the ECA stack is ephedrine + caffeine + aspirin, u can get these from literality anywhere just search. if u don't live in canada or a country where ephedrine is legal switch it with yohimbine, also if u want the daily doses its 10mg ephedrine (or 5mg yohimbine) + 200mg of caffeine (100mg if u are sensitive) + 100mg of aspirin cuz it helps with burning fat in this stack.from where i can get that ?
