I've been consistently trying to go to the gym and stay on my diet that I plan for myself to looksmax, some weeks I'll be doing well if not completely perfect but then I'll hinder any permanent progress by "relapsing" the next week, especially with my diet I have trouble sticking to specifically.
Any advice on people that had trouble sticking to gym and diet-maxxing on how to stay determiend/dedicated/focused on your looksmaxx journey?
