for context im new to this forum, currently 5'9 220 fatcel with decent gym stats and good bone structure hiding under the chub. lowered calorie intake and now im currently eating around 1400 cals a day with no issues, just worried abt getting weak. any tips on specific foods and recipes? here to answer any further questions
 
saar im 16 and too poor for semaglutide saar
 
for you specifically just keep lifting and make sure you get around 180-200g of protein per day and you won't lose anything, in fact you'll probably gain a bit of muscle. only 1400 calories is a pretty brutal cut so make sure you're taking a daily multivitamin as well.
