Currently 13 almost 14 140lbs 5’4 with no access to the gym, anything I can do?

Go to gym and have proper nutrition, simple as.

(Proper nutrition = not a carb filled diet like most people, carb filled diets are void of any nutrition)

Don’t worry about your caloric intake, follow your hunger signals.

You probably haven’t even hit puberty yet, IDK what you’re doing here tbh.

130lbs @ 6’2 is diabolical.

You must be hormonal fucked or malnourished (causing your hormones to be fucked) since anyone with any normal hormones would have more a lot more muscle mass from just daily activity.

My metabolism is wacked the fuck out. My brother is 6'8" and 172, has been working out consistently for 3 years now. We are just extremely thin people. I don't eat a lot either, I have absolutely no appetite it's so fucked.

calisthenics and progressive overload
pullups and dips will build muscle
buy dumbbells and do arm and shoulder exercises

There’s a certain point where you got to start force feeding yourself tbh.

Having 0 apatite and a high metabolism isn’t good in terms of development.

I’m not telling you to start shovelling nutritionally empty carbs into your mouth and gain fat, but try eat more and with nutritious foods (eggs meats etc).

I only really started to develop when I started going gym and focusing on hitting my protein intake (gym honestly didn’t effect development, it was the extra food). I was like you, skinny, very active in sports and never hungry. I started to develop when I started to eat more.

Diet is important.

You are what you eat.

I’ve legit got the opposite problem now. I was at one point 55kg I think, and was 5’11 at 15. I’m much older now.

Sport isn’t going to build you muscle tbh. I was playing 2 hours + sport a day and it didn’t grow shit. I never played sport to build muscle though, I played competitively.

There was a certain point where the amount of sport I played decreased (so there was less waisted calories, so more went to muscle growth etc), and I also started going gym. I did fall for the normie meme of “bulking” through, but me having sky high metabolism, it still took hella long to put on weight.

Don’t take anything that can supposedly suppress your appetite, like caffeine or nicotine. You’ve just got to firm it and eat more, your stomach will expand and get bigger and you’ll soon be able to eat more and larger meals easier. Eat higher fat. Like 20% beef instead of 5%. You’ll double the calories and it tastes better. Add more cheese to meals (if you tolerate dairy). Doesn’t feel like your eating more, but there’s more calories. Cook in more butter.

sarms dont give you absurd muscle mass

Yeah the whole "play sports and be jacked" thing is a myth, honestly think I just gotta gym and eat a shitload atm.

I'm 17 currently, I think I waited a little too long to make a significant change but any change is better than none. Also sucks that caffeine and nicotine just so happen to be my most overused substances by far. Just realizing maybe that's why I'm a toothpick.

Thanks for the advice on food, I appreciate it. I've actually been consuming way more meat now than ever, also just been eating random shit with 20g+ of protein every single day for the past month, typically consume around 90-110g of protein a day if I power through, though since I don't work out or do much muscle building it probably doesn't do a whole lot. Hopefully it'll make a difference when it's all said and done and I actually start trying harder.
