just turned 15 5'10 havent done anything to try to improve my looks i need advice

To train your neck muscles look up a youtube video about it
You should train it with 2-4 sets per week in a rep range of 5-8 reps
If you ever feel any pain in your neck stop immediately and rest for a few days
The most important thing to know when training neck is to avoid injury
Don't overtrain your neck or use too much weight because you can cause a serious injury

you're 15 you're not getting any surgery, wait till you're older and then maybe look into it. if your nose is shit get rhino, its hard to tell from the photos bc u don't show side profile. take steroids and pubertymax

could wait a couple years then roidmaxx and pray.
For now just do neck training (look at vids on youtube)
Maybe buy some contacts for fraud
Fix your gut health if you care about that
Hit the gym, make sure u focus on building a bigger chest because of ur falio
