ok so you need to start heightmaxxing ofc cause ur in that age. so,
diet: drink milk, eggs, lean meats, no seed oils, and whatever ur parents give u, and no snacks. aim for 2.5k-3k calories (no protein shakes)
sleep atleast 8-10 hours a day (you could leave it up to chance and genetics if u go below ts but i wouldnt)
be outside in the sun atleast 45 minutes a day, i would do much more like 2 hours though
workout, do sprints and jumping (explosive exercises)
also work on ur jaw,
try to eat steak 2 times a week atleast (without fork and knive js so you can use ur jaw to promote forward growth)
and other jaw exercises (dont do too much, may risk tmj)
dont expect results very fast, these are things that will take months/years to ascend. goodluck though
