Tired of calisthenics no gym rn need more exercises

13, 170 cm like 55 kg
Ive tried doing calisthenics but i only did pushups, i got bored of that shit and stopped doing them, ion got a pull up bar or any equipment what else can i do?. Warming up is also boring af just to do like 20-30 pushups, i can do like 10 pushups at a time.

warming up souldn't take long,
Do chair dips
pullup of course but its going to be hard, do negative and/or partials
Learn skills like handstand and when you get stronger handstand pushups
Do your ab trainings, don't skip legs either like squats, jumping or shit like that idk I go gym
dips too
you can do a plethora of execises with rings too
I still recommend dumbells to isolate your arms and do your lateral raises

just start sprinting it doesnt require any equipment

Yeah ive been doing that too sometimes but imma start doing it more often.

look up prison exercises theyre pretty good and get pull up bar, some dumbells asap

Yeah I forgot but I did that shit in the beginning, just the curling one tho

Caloric surplus, stick to pushups (preferably dips) and pullups and squats, each 2 weeks add a set in your workout, and remember to reach failure in every set to trigger adaptation, (invest in a dip bar (chinese cheap one) and door pullup bar (cheap too)
