Like what the fuck am I supposed to do about this? I've had shit breathing all my life, I'm just so fucking sick of it now, I'm expected to perform the same as everyone else, yet I have half the breathing capacity, and nobody ever gave a fuck my parents acted like it didn't matter so I never got help.

I want to work so fucking badly and I even feel like I'm subconsciously using my breathing as an excuse to be lazy, but like I genuinely don't think I will ever be able to last on a job until I get this surgically taken care of. I FUCKING HATE MY LIFE I WANT TO KILL MYSELF TBH

CPAP machine until you can get surgery.
Nasal spray, nasal strips, humidifier in your room.

And I know how you feel it’s extremely frustrating not being able to breath properly, just have to do what you can until you’re able to get surgery

I think I may start with a cpap soon, my grandma used to use one before she passed away, could prob use hers. Don't you need sleep apnea for that tho? I don't have that or at least don't think I do as I've never been told I snore, I definitely never feel too well rested though.

I will definitely look into nasal strips/spray, I always thought the strips were only for sleeping but I just read you can use them during the day to keep your nose open, which would help immensly with the type of work I do.

It’s brutal, most people take it for granted but being able to breath properly has such a significant impact on someone’s life.

I think some of my ADHD symptoms are caused by my sleep apnea.
