nothing I can do about it every time I hear someone calling me skinny I want to end it. I started off with an 18 inch bideltoid at 5'10" (179 cm) and now I'm at 20 inches from the gym at 6' (183 cm), but it's no different I'm still a fucking twig for my height and my frame still looks like shit in t-shirts. there's nothing I can do I have narrow clavicles and a big fucking head. Still at 15-17% body fat so I need to lose more fat and by the time I get to 12% I'll look like I got out of fucking auschwitz. I'm 150 lb (68 kg) too, so by the time I finish my cut I'll be 145 lb (66 kg) give or take. I'm only doing a 300-500 cal deficit per day. such subhuman trash since most people my height are at least 165 lb.

People don't respect me because of this shit and shorter people constantly say whatever they want to me and make fun of me for stupid shit. It might be because I'm LTN-MTN range (mid MTN max) or because I'm a framecel or both. I'm 20 years old and I doubt there is any hope for bone growth unless I roid, but people already think I'm 3-4 years older than my age, so I can't afford to look even older.

no bone change just fucking gigantic delts and more muscle overall, do Pullups for wide shoulders they're what worked for me
should I switch to maintenance for now or keep cutting to 12%? I just need to stick with the cut for 5-6 more weeks to get the result I want

stop cutting if you're facially boneless, make your back day consist of only pullups for like 10 sets like i do, that shit gave me wider shoulder and this is how i started btw LMAO

Don't cut that much tbh, if your face isn't bloated to oblivion just build some muscles (not bulk but 'recomp'), don't obsess over shit like 12% when 95% of population is probably 20-25% lol

I'm not boneless facially fortunately it's what's made me not rope since I started losing weight. My cheekbones started popping out at 17% bf and my parents constantly tell me that my face is getting too boney (jfl they think a bit of cheekbone prominence means boney) whenever I see them. I already go to the gym too and do lat pulldowns it's just that the clavicle bone is way too narrow relative to my height

I have this level of cheekbone prominence (I'm white too)

my face doesn't bloat so much as long as I'm going to the gym and burning off most of the carbs I ate tbh

I barely have any fat in my nasolabial area/cheek area left I just have bad asymmetry so one side looks a bit more fatty than the other and that's why I'm still cutting so my bad side looks less bad. I can lose fat during a recomp even if I've been lifting for a while right?
