It fucking sucked ass
What was your experience with it bhai? Also if you are willing to do cardio you could use Cardarine, will give you infinite stamina.

Lost like 6 pounds. 1.5-2 pounds per week which was natural weight loss.

I’ve been doing cardio 30-45m daily too.

I felt all the sides too, I think DNP isn’t as good as people say it is

tirzepatide. retatutride is better for actual diabetics but for normal leanmaxxers like us, the appetite supression is what we want and its much greater on tirz

Thats good

Shi, the journey in finding the best leanmaxxing drug continues.
Yeah no way my source was bunked. I undeniably felt all the side effects of DNP.

I asked around some bodybuilding forums and they had similar experiences.

no. these drugs are for diabetics with glucose and insulin problems. do you have diabetes? if you do then reta will be better.
if not then tirzepatide is better

tirz is more for appetite suppression is that's what youre looking for with no metabolic change, unlike reta that does increase metabolic rate through the glucagon receptor

for overall weightloss, retatrutide has the best results. But I would recommend sema the most… what you really need is the appetite suppressant and sema is the strongest for glp1. Here’s a useful reddit post explaining the difference for all 3, but I’d recommend sema

Triz and dnp for me. Works like reta but actually faster and better. No hunger. Huge increase in BMR. About to throw in HGH for anti aging and prepare for my lean bulk soon so I can minimize all fat gain. Taking a break from dnp. You get a tolerance for dnp if your bodys liver is really healthy so you gotta take 2 week break to reset then you can run it again. And the weight loss will be just as fast as it did at the beginning I'm about to grab Reta to try out but I'll still keep triz on hand for the hunger for control. Got a years supply ATM. Reta is going on sale for a few sources. Some even selling some of their ugly kits where they look bad but still work good. 10mg for 110 dollar for a kit.

I'm also hearing a good low key source that was inspired by looksmax.

Also you think you didn't get good weight loss likely due to your body increasing water. A few weeks after this post you will notice more weight loss even after you stopped. Your one of the unlucky body feed back loop water gain responders. DnP is working. Its not fake. Its not underhyped it works exactly as it should. Only your dosage should get to 300mg per day on avg to get the 33℅ BMR boost. Your body builds up tolerance to it and for some people it builds up tolerance very fast. It's a trick. The water builds up as the fat is replaced. The only way to actually avoid this is constantly staying hyper hydrated and do cardio til yoir sweating buckets and keep your Electrolytes are balanced and good. Keep salt high. Your body likely thinks it's in starvation mood and starts doing weird things. Gotta do all the right things on dnp to actually not be the ones who fall off and doesn't get results

Advice break for 2 weeks. Wait till you see your pee go back to normal go back on and in-between that time keep your calories exactly the same and keep doing the cardio. You will not rebound and likely see way more weight loss as the body rids the water weight = net positive weight loss then you can calculate the actual lbs loss per week using some math and realize you actually did lose a lot of weight. Its just spread out and still faster than natty.

I don't just want appetite suppression but faster results too, so I'll try reta. Im permablasting HGH rn and also on T4 and L carnitine which can help with fat loss. Also good luck, I'm done with DNp honestly. Hunger sides were brutal.

Thanks for the response, but I don't know if that's true. I ran my cycle for 25 days, and with my diet and exercise plan I should've atleast lost 15 pounds. Even if I did gain a lot of water weight, I should've still seen a good change on the scale, and I heavily I doubt I gained over 10-15 pounds of water weight.

Ill take your advice though, see how much water weight I lose after a few weeks

Yep some people don't hold water so it scews the whole this is what I lost on dnp look at me! Literally take a break and do what I said. Just keep everything the same. Stay hydrated 3L of water everday to 2L
