A lot of us may think the idea of testosterone is simple, someone who is muscular and eat right will just be perceived as high T. Which to an extent is true since testosterone increases the efficiency of muscle growth. Despite the fact that testosterone levels are partly genetic, I want to go over some key signs that determines ones testosterone levels are either high or incredibly low such as environmental behaviors, what you consume both physically and mentally and how you perceive yourself
What are signs of high testosterone and low testosterone ?
1. (High T) Excessive sleeping: I once heard someone say sleep is 80% of looksmaxxing and that is so true. Especially if you are still in puberty. Part of our circadian rhythm includes HGH which can only be activated during the REM stages of sleep which promotes testosterone production . Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can cause a significant decrease in T levels. So considering that you do sleep a lot without rarely feeling tired is a huge indicator of High T
2.(Low T) Depression: In most cases depression can be a sign of low testosterone, it is not a significant sign but it still has its relevance just look at this chart that shows the sudden decrease in testosterone levels along the years
Look at the detrimental decrease in testosterone over the years the only explanation to this is the increase of media and materialism which would later on lead to other factors that ultimately determine the lifestyle of an individual. Obesity can lead to a sedentary lifestyle, a sedentary lifestyle can lead to depression with time all of these factors will decrease testosterone. Obesity, depression and sedentary lifestyle are all deteriorative to your health.
For a quick synopsis
1. Obesity lowers Testosterone
2. Depression also lowers Testosterone
3. Poor sleep quality effects both HGH and Testosterone production
4. Media Lowers Testosterone need a dopamine detox to maintain High levels
SUNLIGHT:
Genuinely over for anyone who doesn’t get sunlight especially since we are transitioning to colder weathers the sun won’t be as visible. How we can compensate for this is by getting supplements and consuming foods rich in Vitamin D so here’s what you will need
- Nature Made D3 Supplements (best source of vitamin D other than the sun)
- Milk
-Eggs
-Salmon
How can we distinguish people with high testosterone from people with low?
Difference in bone mass and Supraorbital foramen
NThe sole difference between these two is the difference in their supraorbital and how it essentially effects the entirety of their upper face such as canthal tilt and eye ratio
This traces back to my older thread about how you perceive yourself determines how people see you. The Eternal conscious and the External conscious. Those with higher testosterone have the tendency to work effectively without the needs of a feel-good hormone such as Dopamine. If you’re able to work under pressure and still see good results than consider yourself to be in the 20th percentile of high T individuals.
The final straw if all fails then just boost testosterone I don’t know what to tell you but for you do. Please look into the side effects such as prostate enlargement which can increase the chances of cancer. Here are some alternatives before you do decide to go down that path
-Sun ball bathing
-Working out
-Sleep, Sleep and more sleep
Quick and simple
