TMJ fucked me up

my fucking neck and jaw hurts but somehow my jaw dosent click at all its probably from hard mewing all the time and clenching (even though i stopped clenching as of recently it still hurts) at this point ima just go to an ortho is there anything else I can do?

yea I have an ovberbite and this entire time i was basically jutting and now at this point it feels natural but def caused the pain idek when was the last time my molars touched

Jutting should normally be better when you got overbite if done right atleast

i made my front teeth touch and clench when jutting definetly where the pain comes from I believe
