TMJ has gone bad

the result of jutting for years in HS
i got my left ear checked theres nothing its 100% jaw related
everytime i chew and talk in silence my left ear goes crazy
not even mentioning the cracking
something is wrong with my jaw now TMJ or not

Jutting was the only thing keeping me alive , I had problems in my ears and jaw when I was jutting , and got headaches too from the pain of it , should I jut only when meeting someone?
