Jaw looks less bloated due to reduced inflammation in the masseter muscle.

I massage my masseters and ice them afterwards.

On top of that i’ve been doing these exercises:



Also eating more softer foods help it from getting worse and decreases the chances of inflammation.

Uneven muscles in the face can lead to facial asymmetry.
If your masseter is bigger on one side than the other for example.

It’s not all “genetics”.

Feel it more in the 2nd stretch for some reason . The back of my head starts to tingle

That’s good. It means that the tension is reducing.

I've found out that I don't a jaw assymetry but one side of my jaw has more fat than the other because I can squeeze the skin on the left but not on the right masseter. Will try these exercises.
