I think i have tmj for like a 2 years from jutting and clenching, my jaw makes a popping sounds but only when i move my mandible in one direction it didnt bother me much but like a week ago i had some ear pain for 4 days but i cant stop jutting unless i want to look human

wtf does everyone have TMJ i facepull and chew hella still not gotten
