But let me inform you low t estrogenic monkeys on something, although legs wont do much for your aesthetics, it has a benefit that actually matters.

Oh you silly little incel, you have always heard that resistance training boosts T, but the major bulk of that testosterone production comes from aggressive leg compound movements.
I am not asking you retards to go all out 25 sets per day of heavy backsquats, simply training your legs for endurance and getting them proportionate with your upper body is plenty. Infact, it adds a lot of weight to you too, so it becomes easier to gain weight.
JFL if you think not training legs is ok, its part of the reason you are a low t retard and its why you look disproportionate and uncanny.
