To anyone new to gym trying to widen them frame(not clavicles)

If you want to widen your frame and give the illusion of wider frame, make sure your shoulders are bigger then your lats, otherwise you will look more like a rhombus then that v-taper everyone wants. I have decent lats but shit shoulders so my frame looks odd, especially when i flex them.
