To be a good psychopath you have to be highly emphatic

I've come across this statement recently and I've found it peculiar. Although it's not about sympathy but enphatic in a sense that one is able to put themselves in the others shoes and imagine what the other is feeling, I still feel like talking about psychopaths as "emphatic people" is kinda strange. Do you agree?
