Should we brush or comb hair?

I know there are different hair types. From the bit of research i’ve done it seems combing is better than brushing

What if we don’t do anything at all? is that worse than brushing/combing

Also according to this brushing stimulates blood flow

Depends on you I haven't brushed my hair in 2 months now it looks way better this way
