Drink a shit load of water from 8am-11am, go to a sauna or do some cardio. Don’t drink any water 1pm eat a banana or avocado and some coco water, then from there till night just eat protein, no carbs, (only eat like max 700 cal) then next day drink a lil bit of water in the morning, pop some dandelion root extracts and go do sauna or run, don’t drink any water. And then go to your event. You’ll be debloated as, you can do lymphatic drainage on the day as well

fuck is you talking about, you dont lose bodyfat from the Sauna, just sweating out excess water your body retained

If we are talking only for events and not frequent use you could take a diuretic like furosemide or torasemide
