To lean or not to lean?

Trying to decide whether to bulk or cut.
My electric scale reads
My bf at 15.8 bf at around 158 pounds and 6,1 in height. After looking at my physique, should I lean or bulk now? I want the end result to be lean but not gaunt-looking/frailcel. I still want to be strong.

I would go thugmaxx tbh. Little bulk and gain muscles

You can and should do both, lose fat and build muscle at the same time, which is totally doable if you get your diet right and listen to your body

1)adequate protein
2)caloric defecit of around 500
3)preferably newby gainer.
4) no overboard cardio

Eat around maintenance calories, cycle calories (eat more on workout days and less on off days, you can do days when you eat in a slight surplus and days when you eat in a deficit as long as your weekly caloric intake is around maintenance), read my new thread about how to get lean with minimal effort
